Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Irus Floral Design you agree to the following conditions.

Order & Delivery Terms
Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day, Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. We deliver throughout Broward County and Miami-Dade County. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Orders over $125 qualify for free delivery.
- ✿ Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM for next-day delivery
- ✿ Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday
- ✿ A valid delivery address within our service area is required
- ✿ Someone must be available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery — fresh flowers cannot be left unattended for extended periods
- ✿ If no one is available at the time of delivery we will contact you to arrange a suitable time
- ✿ We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
- ✿ Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order
- ✿ Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the arrangement has been made will receive store credit
- ✿ Once an arrangement has been made and is out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted
- ✿ If you are unhappy with your arrangement upon delivery please contact us within 2 hours with a photo — we will work with you to make it right
- ✿ Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- ✿ We do not offer refunds for arrangements that have been accepted and signed for without complaint at the time of delivery
Substitution Policy
As a fresh flower business we source our blooms multiple times per week. While we make every effort to fulfill your order exactly as shown, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, or supply limitations.
- ✿ If a specific flower variety is unavailable we will substitute with a bloom of equal or greater value in a similar color and style
- ✿ Vase and container styles may vary slightly from photos based on availability
- ✿ The overall color palette and aesthetic of your chosen arrangement will always be preserved
- ✿ If you have specific flowers that are essential to your order please note them in the order comments and we will do our best to accommodate
- ✿ Substitutions will never reduce the value of your arrangement
Gift Messages & Special Requests
We love helping you make someone's day special. Here's how our gift message and special request process works:
- ✿ Gift messages can be added at checkout — please include the exact message you would like written on the card
- ✿ Messages are handwritten on a card and included with the arrangement
- ✿ Special requests such as specific color preferences, additional ribbon, or add-on items can be noted in the order comments
- ✿ We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled
- ✿ For large or complex custom orders please contact us directly before placing your order
- ✿ We reserve the right to decline requests that are outside our standard service offering
Liability Limitations
Irus Floral Design LLC takes care and pride in every arrangement we deliver. However, as a provider of perishable goods, the following limitations apply:
- ✿ Fresh flowers are perishable. Arrangement lifespan depends on care, environment, and temperature — we are not responsible for premature wilting due to improper care after delivery
- ✿ Care instructions are included with every arrangement. Following them will maximize the lifespan of your blooms
- ✿ We are not liable for arrangements left in extreme heat, direct sunlight, or otherwise unsuitable conditions after delivery
- ✿ Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order
- ✿ We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from late delivery or product substitution
- ✿ Force majeure events including extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules — we will notify you as soon as possible in such cases
Flower Bar & Event Terms
Flower bar and event bookings are subject to the following additional terms:
- ✿ A deposit may be required to secure your event date
- ✿ Final guest count and event details must be confirmed no less than 7 days prior to the event
- ✿ Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit
- ✿ Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit
- ✿ We reserve the right to cancel an event booking due to circumstances beyond our control — a full refund will be issued in such cases
- ✿ Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard delivery zones
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Broward County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
